Calcium and barium in Ferro Silicon Barium alloy react with other elements, which can reduce the amount of liquid slag, which leads to better product quality, reliability and higher production efficiency.
Silicon aluminum barium iron alloy is a new type of deoxidizer. The alloy is mainly used for deoxidation and alloying in steel production. This not only help reduce the total amount of inclusions in the steel, but also changes the shape of the inclusions. The size and distribution can improve the quality of steel, and can replace silicon aluminum iron alloy with 1:1; replace metal aluminum with 1:2.1, which can significantly reduce the amount of aluminum used and therefore lower the production cost of steel.
