Silicon Manganese Zirconium

Silicon manganese zirconium inoculant is an inoculant that can escalate the graphitization, reduce the defect potential, improve the shape and distribution of graphite, grow the number of eutectic clusters, and enhance the matrix structure as well as shorten the reaction time after conception (about 5-8 minutes). Silicon manganese zirconium inoculants are mostly suitable for immediate inoculation in general or later stages under various conditions.

Silicon manganese zirconium inoculants are widely used and have properties that significantly reduce the defect likelihood and prevent spheroidization and sinking. Large parts or pouring time is long, high efficiency, long effect, uniform cross-sectional structure, and improved performance.
